Mission Statement:

The primary mission of the Botanica Lakes Maintenance Committee is to ensure a proactive maintenance schedule, repairs, safety reviews, and ongoing updates throughout the community’s common areas, through comprehensive planning, and implementation of quality, along with cost-effective maintenance and repairs suggestions. This committee has direct interaction with the board POC for work order requests.
