Botanica Lakes has 685 single and double story family homes. Treeline Elementary school is within walking distance. To get downtown for restaurants or theaters is just a drive away!
Community
Residents gather in several groups that meet to enjoy discussion and activities of mutual interest.
Neighborhood
We are a family and adult based community, we offer HOA community events. There is a fantastic resort style pool, and children's splash pad area available for all to use!
Accessibility
Our community is a home to people of all ages and physical abilities. Strollers, wheelchairs can be easily used.
Energy
The community is powered by LED lights that have just recently been installed for energy saving in the community!
