Sales & Leasing

The onsite management office does not process sales & lease applications. For your convenience, you can find our sales application, lease application, rules and regulations in our Public Documents section.

1. The Association, Management Company and/or guardhouse staff will not assist or coordinate with the Owner for the hosting of the event.
2. Open House Events may only be held on Saturdays and Sundays, during normal business hours of 8am-4pm.
3. Door-to-Door solicitation or advertisement of the Open House Event is not permitted.
4. No directional signage shall be placed within the community, on the Botanica Lakes side of Treeline Avenue or Botanica Lakes Boulevard.
5. Open House Events: Owners, or an Owners Agent, may host Open House Events during the sale or leasing of a home given the following restrictions;
6. On the day of the Open House Event, one (1) “Open House” sign, visible from the street, may be placed in the front of the house where the Open House Event is to occur. The Sign shall be no larger that 36” by 36”. Feather flags shall not be permitted. The sign may be posted two (2) hours before the event and must be removed two (2) hours after the event. Any violation of this sign policy may result in the removal and disposal of the signage

Monthly Assessments are $400 per month, effective January 1st, 2025. Assessments are due on the 1st of each month and are assessed a late fee after the 15th of each month.

• Resort Style Amenities: Basketball Court, Bike And Jog Path, Children’s Activities Room, Children’s Playground (2-12yo), Children’s Splash Pad, Clubhouse, Community Pool, Community Spa/Hot Tub, Dry Saunas, Gym, Locker Rooms, Sidewalks, Social Hall, Tennis Court, Yoga/Dance Studio, Underground Utility
• Professional Maintenance: Home & Community Lawn/Land Maintenance,  Recreation Facility Maintenance, Security, Street Lights, Street Maintenance
• Landscaping Maintenance: Home and Community Landscaping Maintenance provided by Juniper Landscaping
• Trash and Recycling/Bulk Pickup: provided by the City of Fort Myers – Tuesdays: Trash & Recycling  Fridays: Bulk pickup

All new Botanica Lakes Homeowners must schedule a New Homeowner Orientation after their closing date.

Here you will receive your amenities cards and any additional devices such as hang tags and windshield stickers for security gate access.
